Trainee Program
We run a Progressive Trainee Program that allows young, unskilled individuals to enter the workforce and be placed with a mentor/role model to demonstrate that through hard work and dedication they can make a difference and achieve. This will build confidence and trust which will achieve great results for everyone involved including the community.
