Indigenous Engagement
We offer a unique work environment where our people can work as a part of a large team where every individual can make a difference. We offer the opportunity for individuals to work with subject matter experts and industry leaders.
We believe one of our strengths is project management which enables us to build opportunities where we can work with other indigenous businesses and deliver complete service for our customer and deliver on our commitments.
Our experience we can provide a workplace that keeps our people interested by being transparent with our planning process and keeping them informed. The team will always know how we are tracking with our commitments and also allow them the opportunity to assist in continuous improvements.
TESTIMONIALS TO THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF INLAND RAIL
Our Vision
Our vision is to prepare, coach and mentor our people to succeed and help us to collectively achieve company goals and benchmarks.
The rail industry demands a variety of highly skilled people that we hope to mentor and educate to establish long term employment for themselves as well as the community. We endeavour to create career opportunities for these people not just transitional work opportunities.
Our Commitment
We are committed to making a difference, offering an employment opportunity that will develop our staff, build on their strengths and create an attitude where safety is first but hand in hand in delivering on commitments.
There will be opportunities for individuals to move into other areas such as safety, environment, training or leadership roles, again making them more employable and building on skills that are in demand.
Trainee Program
We run a Progressive Trainee Program that allows young, unskilled individuals to enter the workforce and be placed with a mentor/role model to demonstrate that through hard work and dedication they can make a difference and achieve. This will build confidence and trust which will achieve great results for everyone involved including the community.
