NAWIC Awards for Excellence

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) held its 2021 NSW Awards for Excellence on 23rd Feb in Sydney.

I’m excited to announce that the ‘2021 NSW Regional Woman of the Year has been awarded to Emma Muller from Illabo’.

The award recognises the contribution and achievements of women in construction in a rural, regional, or remote area of New South Wales This award celebrates women who have made substantial contribution to the industry while being regionally based. Contributions extend to leadership, sustainability, construction, design, safety and innovation.

Emma is Managing Director of Horizon United Group, ‘I am humbled to be recognised in the industry for my work, to live and operate from a small regional community like Illabo just proves location is no limit anymore’.
